The project at a glance
What if your teams had an AI-powered assistant— but weren’t using it to its full potential?
Microsoft 365 Copilot has the power to transform the way teams work, automating tasks, improving efficiency, and streamlining collaboration. Yet, many employees struggle to integrate AI into their daily workflows, leading to low adoption rates and missed opportunities.
To bridge this gap, we partnered with 1uur.nu and &samhoud to develop Let’s Copilot—an interactive, game-based learning experience built directly into Microsoft Teams. Through engaging, hands-on challenges, employees quickly learn how to apply Copilot in real-world scenarios, driving adoption, productivity, and confidence.

Our process: from challenge to solution
Understanding the struggles with AI adoption
Many organizations rely on Microsoft 365 for their daily operations, including the AI-powered Copilot tool. However, despite its potential to enhance productivity, many employees struggle to integrate it into their daily work.
A mix of barriers—including lack of awareness, limited time for training, complexity, and resistance to change—slows adoption, leaving AI tools underutilized. Without an engaging and effective onboarding experience, organizations fail to unlock Copilot’s full potential, missing out on efficiency gains and smarter ways of working.
Recognizing this challenge, 1uur.nu and &samhoud sought an innovative solution to drive adoption, boost engagement, and make AI a natural part of daily work.

How we built an intelligent learning tool
Together with 1uur.nu and &samhoud, we built Let’s Copilot from the ground up, refining and expanding it through continuous iteration.
At the heart of this journey was a carefully structured curriculum, designed to guide users from AI fundamentals to mastery. But we didn’t just teach AI—we practiced what we preached. Throughout development, we used AI tools to speed up our own workflows, streamline content creation, and boost productivity.
Beyond lesson creation, we also pushed the boundaries of AI-powered training—exploring adaptive learning paths, real-time feedback, and AI-driven coaching to create a truly intelligent training solution.
Our solution: Let's Copilot - simplifing MS Copilot adoption by making learning personalized

Let’s Copilot is an interactive, gamified learning journey, fully integrated into Microsoft Teams. It combines personalization, hands-on practice, and gamification to deliver an impactful learning experience:
- Tailored learning paths: An AI-driven intake customizes each user’s learning journey based on their role, industry, and familiarity with AI.This ensures the experience is highly relevant and tailored to individual needs.
- Practical and hands-on exercises: Users engage in concise, 10-minute lessons that blend theory with real-world scenarios, practicing directly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Gamification: Visual “micron” characters unlock as users progress, rewarding achievements and encouraging ongoing engagement.
- Habit reinforcement: Lessons prompt users to schedule practice sessions, helping them integrate to Copilot seamlessly into their daily tasks.

This game is far more engaging and practical than our one-hour general training. It’s hands-on, and directly applicable to daily tasks.
