Rotterdam | Full time | Starting September 2025

What we're looking for

  • You’re curious, motivated and eager to learn.

  • You can work independently and speak up when you need help.

  • You have a clear motivation for doing your internship at &ranj.

  • You have a portfolio with relevant work.

Who are you?

  • You’re enrolled in an HBO or WO programme.

  • You’re looking for an internship for 4 to 5 days a week for at least 4 months.

  • You’re interested in serious games and/or behavioural change.

  • You speak and write both Dutch and English confidently.

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis:

  • You’ll work as part of a project team on client projects.
  • You may support with research, testing or organising internal playtests.
  • You’ll have room to learn and grow—through mentorship and  feedback.
  • You’ll be part of the team, and will have the opportunity to join in on all studio activities, such as learning days and other fun activities.

We work with a flexible toolkit: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Miro and all MS Products. The outcome matters more than the tools though, so we tend to work with what the product calls for.
