Senior Producer

Rotterdam | Hybrid | Full-time

We're looking for an experienced producer with a sharp mind for structure and a steady hand under pressure. Someone who finds energy in complexity, feels at home in a fast-moving environment and genuinely enjoys helping others do their best work.

As a senior producer at &ranj, you’ll play a key role in shaping both our projects and our teams. You’ll work closely with our clients, guiding them through the agile development process, helping clarify their goals, and translating those into a digital product. Every project is different, tailored to the client's challenge, with a clear beginning and end.

At the same time, you’ll lead one of our internal development teams, making sure the team stays connected, focused, and supported throughout each project phase. It’s a role with real responsibility, and one that is deeply rewarding if you care about people, process, and making a meaningful difference.

What we're looking for

  • You know how to lead a team, not just direct it. You create clarity, build trust and help people grow.

  • You’re a strong communicator who feels at ease collaborating closely with clients across sectors.

  • You're comfortable managing multiple projects at once within an agile development environment.

  • You're able to bring structure to complexity and keep a cool head, even when things move fast.

  • You’re not afraid to voice your opinion and inspire others to do the same.

  • You take ownership of project budgets, financial administration and planning.

  • You understand how to balance project pressure with team wellbeing, and why that matters.

Who are you?

  • You bring 5+ years of relevant experience as a (game) producer or project manager.

  • You work and think at HBO (applied) or university (WO) level.

  • You speak and write both Dutch and English at a professional level.

  • You have a clear passion for games, experience design or digital media.

  • You're the kind of person who just makes things happen: the one who organizes the trips, the evens, the bachelor parties, and actually enjoys doing it.

What you'll be doing

As a senior producer at &ranj, you're the bridge between clients, teams, and the work itself. You’ll lead one of our multidisciplinary development teams, ensuring day-to-day clarity and long-term alignment, while working hand-in-hand with clients to turn their challenges into tailored, impactful game solutions.

On a day-to-day basis:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through every phase of a project, from kickoff to final delivery.

  • Translate client goals into actionable plans and a product that drives change.

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum rituals and keep projects on time and within budget.

  • Monitor quality and make sure the product aligns with the client’s vision.

  • Act as a sparring partner for clients, guiding them through choices and trade-offs.

  • Manage communication between stakeholders, internally and externally.

  • Support the growth of junior producers and actively improve how we work together.
