Office Management Assistant

Rotterdam | On-site | 8 hours per week

As part of our office team, you make sure everything runs smoothly, and feels welcoming. From keeping the space tidy to helping with team lunches and greeting clients, you bring energy and care to the everyday. You're proactive, service-minded, and know how to make others feel at home. Depending on your interests, you might also support other parts of the company.

What we're looking for

  • You’re proactive, hands-on, and always looking for how you can help.
  • You enjoy making others feel welcome, whether that’s colleagues, clients, or guests.
  • You take initiative, work independently, and know when to ask for support.
  • You’re organised, practical, and have an eye for the little things that make a big difference.
  • Experience in hospitality or horeca is a plus!

Who are you?

  • You are available for at least 1 day a week (Monday, Tuesday or Thursday)

  • You speak and write Dutch and English fluently

  • You are interested in creative work environments like ours (bonus if you like games)

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis:

  • You’re in charge of our kitchen and lunch, keeping things clean, tidy and organised, and adding your own twist with lunch specials or our ‘sandwich of the week’.

  • Take care of plants and make sure the studio looks fresh and welcoming every day

  • Answer the phone and mailbox, and warmly welcome guests and clients

  • Help organise internal events like team meetings, birthday celebrations, and office parties

  • Support with practical tasks such as processing mail, ordering supplies, and preparing presentations (e.g. in PowerPoint)

  • Keep an eye on what’s needed around the office and take initiative to improve or refresh the space
