What role do I play in the game?
You will be acting as the manager of a fictional team. Each episode presents a different situation or problem that requires you to use your leadership skills. The virtual coach is there to teach you everything you need to know and to give you feedback.
How do I talk to or reply to a character in the game?
There are different ways to interact with (‘talk to’ or ‘reply to’) another character in the game. The way it works depends on the episode.
1. The first way of interaction requires you to slide a blue button to one of the short answers (one or two words). Holding the button over it will reveal the full answer. Make sure to read all three full answers before choosing a reply!

2. The second way of interaction will show three highlighted words. Choose the one you would like to hear more about.
3. The third way of interaction shows you six possible options (these are often ‘topics’ that you can talk about) from which you will have to choose three – no more, no less.

How do I get a higher score?
At the end of the episode, you receive stars based on how well your answers reflect the skill and goal of the episode. The more stars you get, the better. To see how you can improve, see the feedback at the end of the episode. You can always replay an episode.
What are the ‘Practice in real life’ assignments for?
The practical assignments are a way for you to apply what you have learned in the game in real life. Trying out what you have learned in the game will help you cement these skills – which in turn will make you a better leader.
